Terms of Use

1. The service

The Website is operated by Yannick “daiweixin” Delwiche for the Premature Commitment Rocket League community. It publishes tournaments, accepts registrations, generates rotating-team schedules, records results, calculates standings and sends tournament updates to Discord.

It is a non-commercial community service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Epic Games, Psyonix or Discord.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to use the Discord account used to sign in, and keep that account secure. You are responsible for activity through your authenticated session. Tell an administrator if you suspect misuse.

3. Club conduct

Use of the Website and participation in tournaments are subject to our manifesto and community rules.

• Treat teammates, opponents, guests and administrators with respect.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, cheating, deliberate disruption and toxicity.
• Give feedback constructively and appropriately.
• Do not manipulate registrations, schedules, scores or standings.
• Follow reasonable tournament instructions from administrators.

Frustration happens. Taking it out on other people is not acceptable.

4. Tournaments

Tournament dates, formats, capacity and rules may change when reasonably necessary. Administrators may open or close registration, manage participants, generate or clear schedules before play, correct incorrectly entered results, postpone or cancel tournaments, and resolve situations not covered by the published format.

Administrators aim to act consistently and fairly. Their operational decisions are final for the relevant tournament unless corrected by the club.

By registering, you understand that your display name, participation, schedule, results and standings may appear publicly on the Website and in the club’s Discord channel.

5. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access another account or restricted functions, interfere with the Website or authentication flow, scrape member data, transmit malicious code, impersonate someone else, or use the service unlawfully.

6. Suspension and removal

We may restrict or remove access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, respond to misconduct or secure the Website. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason through Discord.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

The Website is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or immediate correction of every error. Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, security or club needs.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities, game performance, Discord outages, or problems caused by third-party services or user devices.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Intellectual property

The Website’s original text, design and code belong to their respective owners. Rocket League, Psyonix, Epic Games, Discord and their related marks belong to their respective owners. References identify the games and services used by the community.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts with jurisdiction under Belgian law will hear disputes, without affecting mandatory rights under consumer or data-protection law.
