Rocket League is our shared hobby, not our second job. We want to compete, improve and win—but never at the expense of enjoying the game or the people playing it with us.

We offer positive, constructive feedback intended to help—not to show off or assign blame. We listen as readily as we advise, and remember that feedback works best when it is welcome.

A mistake is something to learn from. A whiff is usually something to laugh about.

Behind every car is a person. We treat teammates, opponents and guests with respect, regardless of rank, experience or performance.

We celebrate good plays, make room for bad days and help create a community where people feel comfortable being themselves.

Frustration happens. Toxicity is still a choice.

We do not rage at teammates, humiliate players or turn a difficult match into a difficult evening. When the game stops being fun, we take a breath, take a break or call it a night.

It is, gloriously and occasionally infuriatingly, just a game.

There is always another perspective, another playstyle and something left to learn. We remain curious, accept that we can be wrong and give people the benefit of the doubt.

We take fair play seriously. We take ourselves considerably less seriously.
